AI automation consultant · Web design · Software testing

Begin with intention.

I build automations, AI agents and websites that businesses can rely on, and set up the quality practice that keeps them that way.

14 years in quality and delivery. Recent work for E.ON Next and Vandebron.

The difference

An AI demo takes an afternoon. Something your business can depend on takes judgement, testing, and a plan for when it breaks. That’s the part I do.

Services

I build, and I lead. Hire me for either, or both.

  1. Take repetitive work off your team with systems that run on their own, cost what you expect, and fail safely when something goes wrong.

For you ifYour team is copying things between tools, chasing updates, or reading long threads to work out what happened.

    • Mapping the process before automating it
    • AI agents with guard rails, audit trails and cost controls
    • Integrations across Slack, Jira, Asana, CRMs and your data
    • Written runbooks so your team can own it
  2. Fast, well-built sites designed to be found, tested before launch, and easy to grow.

For you ifYou need a site that brings in work, not just one that looks nice in a screenshot.

    • Next.js sites, hosted fast and cheaply
    • Search-friendly structure and content
    • Accessibility built in, not bolted on
    • Analytics you can trust from day one
  3. Set up or fix your QA practice, and get big launches and migrations out the door without surprises.

For you ifReleases feel risky, bugs reach customers, or a large migration or launch is coming up.

    • Building a QA function: roles, hiring, standards
    • Test strategy and automation for web and mobile
    • Go/no-go decisions backed by evidence
    • Monitoring so you see problems before customers do

How I work

  1. 01

    Understand

Start with the intention. What does the business need, what is actually breaking, and what would success look like in numbers? Nothing gets built until that is clear.

  2. 02

    Build

Build the smallest thing that solves the real problem, on foundations that will hold as it grows. Try the awkward integrations first, not last.

  3. 03

    Prove

Measure it against the baseline. Test it the way customers will use it. If it doesn't show up in the numbers, it isn't finished.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documentation, training and clear owners, so it keeps working when I'm not in the room. You should never be dependent on me.

Selected work

The record.

What the problem was, what I did, and what changed, with numbers wherever there are numbers.

Nuzhat Ahmed

I've spent 14 years in quality, data and delivery. Most recently I led QA and Digital Analytics at E.ON Next, and I now lead post-launch migration support and AI enablement at Vandebron. I build the systems myself, and I've run the teams and made the calls that decide whether they ship.
